Classic Country Radio, WBZI AM 1500 in Xenia, WKFI AM 1090 in Wilmington and WEDI AM 1130 in Eaton has partnered with Buckminn’s Harley-Davidson of Xenia for the promotion of The Summer to Remember. This promotion will raise monies through raffle sales to benefit The Matt Maupin Scholarship Fund.

Matt Maupin is the only American soldier from the War in Iraq currently declared as “Missing in Action”. The goals of this promotion remain to raise awareness of Matt Maupin’s story, honor the Maupin Family and maintain awareness of Matt Maupin’s sacrifice to the United States through the support of his alma mater. The Matt Maupin Scholarship Fund allows scholarships to be awarded to students from his alma mater, Glen Este High School, in Batavia, OH.

Raffle tickets will be sold at various Classic Country Radio events this summer, at Buckminn’s Harley-Davidson and via their website, www.buckminns.com. Each $15 raffle ticket purchased entitles one entry into a drawing to win a 2007 FXDC DYNA Super Glide® Custom Harley-Davidson. The grand prize drawing will occur September 1^st when the Harley’s Heroes™ Tour arrives at Buckminn’s, thus concluding the summer promotion.

The raffle motorcycle will also be on display at the following summer events:

May 19- Demo Day at Buckminn’s (10 a.m.-4 p.m.)

· June 2- WBZI Day at Shawnee Park in Xenia

(4 p.m. to 8 p.m.)

· June 9- Demo Day at Buckminn’s (10 a.m.-4 p.m.)

· July 21- Cherryholmes and Marty Raybon Bluegrass Concert at Island Metro Park in Dayton (4 p.m.-8 p.m.)

· July 28- Cruise-In at Buckminn’s (10 a.m.-4 p.m.)

· August 1- WBZI Day at the Greene County Fair

(7 p.m. 9 p.m.)

· September 1- Harley’s Heroes™ Day and Raffle Drawing at Buckminn’s (10 a.m. 6 p.m.)
